Dr. Day's hourly fee for psychotherapy is $145.00.
In addition to weekly appointments, she charges this amount for other professional services you may need, though she will break down the hourly cost if she work for periods of less than one hour. Other services include letter writing beyond routine communication with pediatricians or family physicians or other doctors involved in providing care to the client, telephone conversations lasting longer than 10 minutes, attendance at school meetings (including travel time), consulting with other professionals with your permission, and time spent performing any other service you may request of Dr. Day.
If you bring a minor for treatment and sign the payment contract, you are ultimately responsible for paying the charges in a timely manner (even if you are divorced and the court has mandated that the minor’s other parent be responsible for the medical bills—you will need to pay for the services(s) and, then pursue reimbursement from the other parent).
Special fees are applied for missed appointments/late cancellations ($50.00) and returned checks ($35.00).
Dr. Day is not an EAP provider and does not provide EAP services.
Dr. Day does not file with secondary insurance.
Please keep in mind that co-pays/session fees are due at the time of service. For your convenience, Dr. Day accepts cash, personal checks, and Visa or Mastercard.
